Straight Line, LLC Manager
Marking 50 years in the car business in 2025, Mary has spent 27 of those years in the wholesale auto auction arena. She moved to the remarketing side of GMAC in 1998 at ADESA Buffalo, rotated to Baltimore-Washington Auto Exchange and then to State Line Auto Auction in 2005. Mary was the on-site client representative for General Motors supervising the remarketing process for off-lease, repossession, rental and company vehicles. She transitioned from GM to the remarketing division of Ally Bank in 2014, retiring from Ally in December of 2017. Opportunity knocked in 2018 when the Barber family had an opening for an audit representative for State Line’s in-house floor plan company, Straight Line LLC. Mary took the reins to manage the Straight Line operation in September of 2020.
